Welcome to Pinnacle Training where we pride ourselves at offering top quality personal training sessions for affordable prices in the local areas near Staines. We believe everyone has their own mountain to climb and we are the people to help you make that climb. Our gym is based in the Staines area but we also offer home visit sessions in Staines, Egham, Ashford, Sunbury, Twickenham and Richmond. We are up for expanding so even if you don’t fall into these areas please contact us anyway to see what we can arrange.

Specializing in Strength and Conditioning Training allows us to accommodate to each of our clients needs. From general health and fitness, marathon training, specialised event training (tough mudder etc), injury management and prevention, rehabilitation training, movement analysis, olympic lifting and functional movements.

Tuesday Tips:

Many people will still be looking to drop that little bit of extra weight they may still be holding onto from last year!

Its simple mathematics, make sure you are consuming less the you burn to make sure you stay in a calorie deficit. We are not talking 1000's of calories but 100-200 a day can make a huge difference through the weeks and ensures you are dropping the weight safely not to create metabolic damage!

I will expand on this in the coming weeks! Just remember you may be eating healthy, but if you are consuming more then you are burning you will add weight!!

Pinnacle Training

This is Anna Li achieving great things with her hex bar deadlift!!! When she start she could literally only lift the 8kg Kettlebell without feeling tired or too weak!

4 months on and she is lifting 57.5kg for 5 reps on a hex bar (with 65kg has her 1RM)!!! She has done amazing well! And shows always turning up and putting in the work is the one true element needed on a good training programme!!!

Did I forget to mention she only weighs 50kg?!?! Well done Anna!
